TOLEDO, Ohio - Former Rocket Jordan Doore (Perrysburg, Ohio) has been named the University of Toledo's nominee for the 2020 NCAA Woman of the Year Award.

Doore completed her eligibility on the Toledo track and cross country teams last spring. She graduated last May with a degree in environmental studies. She is now a graduate assistant with the John Carroll track and cross country program.

A four-year letterwinner for the Rockets, Doore served as co-captain as a senior, earning Academic All-MAC honors for indoor and outdoor track & field. A four-time Dean's List honoree, Doore was selected for the UToledo President's Award for Educational Excellence.  She was also a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) beginning in 2016 and was elected president in her senior year.

Established in 1991, the NCAA Woman of the Year award honors graduating female college athletes who have exhausted their eligibility and distinguished themselves in academics, athletics, service and leadership throughout their collegiate careers.
