TOLEDO, Ohio - Senior Duncan McNeill has received First-Team All-Mid-American Conference honors for the 2018-19 season, the league office announced on Friday. McNeill also was a second-team all-conference recipient following his junior season.
 
A native of Annan, Scotland, McNeill will be competing in the NCAA Louisville Regional on May 13-15 at the University of Louisville Golf Club in Simpsonville, Ky.
 
McNeill earned his spot in the regional event by winning the 2019 MAC Championships in Aurora, Ohio on April 27 with an impressive five-under 139 (71-68). McNeill tied for the tournament lead with 27 pars and finished with seven birdies and just two bogeys. His performance helped the Rockets to a third-place finish, their best showing in the event since placing second in 2015. 
 
McNeill topped the Rockets in the 2018-19 campaign with a 74.6 stroke average. McNeill's all-conference selection marks Toledo's seventh all-league honoree in the last eight years.
