Toledo to Host Lessons in LeadHERship Conference on April 30

TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's basketball program will host its second-annual  Lessons in LeadHERship Conference on Tuesday, April 30. The event will take place from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. in the Lancelot Thompson Student Union Auditorium on UT's main campus.
The conference is designed to help grow female leadership in the Toledo community and is being sponsored by Rocket alumnus Kelly Savage from Savage & Associates.
"I was thrilled to have 350-plus people at last year's inaugural conference, and I'm hopeful we can top that number this year with another outstanding lineup of speakers," Toledo Head Coach Tricia Cullop said. "My hope is that this event continues to grow, as well as inspires current and future female leaders."
The cost to attend is $50 per individual and $25 for high school and college students. Attendees can also purchase a Layup Package ($250), which includes four tickets and name recognition throughout the event. Another possible option is a Free Throw Package ($500), which includes eight tickets, name recognition throughout the event and a booth with your company's information. The final ticket option is a Three-Point Package ($1,000), which includes 16 tickets, name recognition throughout the event and a booth with your company's information. The fee to attend also includes continental breakfast and lunch.
Guest speakers at the conference include Lin Dunn, Diana Patton, Sharon Speyer, Dr. Adrienne King, Rhonda Sewell and Holly Dunn. Chrys Peterson will serve as the emcee.
