TOLEDO, Ohio -Â The Toledo swimming team travels to Atlanta, Georgia for the Toyota U.S. Open Dec. 4 -7. The four-day event will take place at the McAuley Aquatic Center, located within the Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center.

"I'm excited for us to travel to Atlanta for the Toyota U.S. Open. It is an upcoming Olympic year, which brings a heightened excitement for long course racing. To race with the elite swimmers in the world wil be great experience leading into the rest of the season."
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
The Rockets will be joined by some of the United States'Â biggest swimming stars from multiple colleges. Numerous members of the United States National Team members, including Leah Smith, Mallory Comerford, and Kelsi Dahlia will be there competing in their respective events.
LAST TIME OUT
The Rockets are coming off of a second-place finish at the TYR Invitational hosted by Northwestern in mid-November. Toledo posted 11 top-10 program times over the three-day event. Leading the Rockets, redshirt-freshman
Kennedy Lovell clocked four Toledo top-10 times, while freshman
Lauren Kilgore earned three, and junior
Izzy Jones clocked two. Sophomore
Sydnee Dressel and senior
Duda Sales each added another for the Rockets.
COMING UP
The Rockets close out the first half of the season at the University of Indianapolis, where they will compete in a tri-meet against Indianapolis and Findlay.
