Logan Woodside Named Ironman of the Eastern Michigan Game

Toledo, OH – Junior quarterback Logan Woodside was named the Iron Workers Union No. 55 "Ironman of the Game" for the third time this season for his performance in the Rockets' 35-20 victory at Eastern Michigan on Oct. 8.

Woodside completed 25-31 passes for 247 passing yards and 4 touchdowns. His 80.6 completion percentage against the Eagles is a career-high and he currently leads the nation in passing efficiency. For the season, Woodside has passed for 1,691 yards, completed 70.2 percent of his passes and thrown 20 touchdown passes. He was added to the official watch list for the 2016 Manning Award.
