
Toledo Defeated 6-0 at Louisville

Louisville, KY - The Toledo women's tennis team lost to Louisville, 6-0, on Saturday, Feb. 25. UT had to play with only five players for the second weekend in a row, defaulting the No. 3 doubles spot and the No. 6 singles spot.
The Rockets (2-5, 0-0 MAC) lost each singles match in straight sets. Kelsey Anonsen lost for the first time in several weeks in the No. 1 singles spot, making her overall singles record 13-2, including 6-1 in first-singles. The closest match was in fourth-singles, as Lexy Pitt was topped by Miller, 7-6, 7-6. That moves her overall record to 8-5, and 4-3 in the No. 4 spot.
Anonsen and Pitt put up a fight in No. 1 doubles, but fell short against Fellerhoff/Miller, 8-6.
Toledo will be back in action the weekend of March 6-8, as they compete against James Madison, Nova Southeastern and Grand Valley State in Orlando, FL.
