Toledo, OH (Glass Bowl)

Toledo tied the school record and won its 17th straight home game and is 34-1 in its last 35 games at the Glass Bowl. The Rockets also won 17 straight from 1999-2002 and in 1969-71. UT's winning streak currently ranks as the third-longest in the country and trails only Boise State (28) and Southern California (23).

Freshman TE John Allen made his first career start and caught a 1-yard TD pass on UT's second possession of the game. It was Allen's fourth TD reception of the season.

Sophomore WR Andrew Hawkins hauled in a 70-yard TD reception from Bruce Gradkowski in the third quarter. The 70-yard strike is Toledo's longest offensive scoring play of the season.
