1. Why did you choose the University of Toledo?
I chose UT because of the swimming program. I was looking for a university that had a good swimming program.
2. What made you choose UT over other schools with good swimming programs?
Coach Sharar was the only coach that called me. All the other coaches were just e-mailing me and sending letters, but Brian called and that made me feel wanted.
3. What are some of the things you like about UT?
I like the campus a lot and the size of the school. It's not too big or too small. I also like the people here at UT, because they are very nice.
4. What are you studying and what do you want to do with your degree when you leave UT?
I want to double major in international business and marketing. I want to work with an international company so I can travel around the world, but if that doesn't work out I will go into marketing.
5. What is the biggest difference from Finland and Toledo?
The weather. It is very cold in Finland, and we get a lot of snow back home. It gets -25 degrees Fahrenheit, so it is not too bad here in Toledo.
