UT Swimmers Make All-MAC

The University of Toledo had five members from the swimming and diving team make the Academic All-MAC Team.
Senior David Eisenstein (Northbrook, IL - Glenbrook North) made first-team Academic All-MAC. He carries a 3.83 G.P.A. in marketing. Eisenstein is a competitior in the 200, 800 and 1650 freestyle.
Senior Tim McCann (North Canton, OH - Hoover) made first-team Academic All-MAC. He carries a 3.19 G.P.A. in chemical engineering. McCann competes in sprints.
Sophomore Ben Wainwright (Hudsonville, MI - Hudsonville) also made first-team Academic All-MAC. He carries a 3.45 G.P.A. with a major in civil engineering. His speciality for the Rockets is in the breaststroke.
Junior Bengt-Arne Bentsson (Malmo, Sweden-Pauliskotan) made honorable mention All-MAC with a 3.67 G.P.A. in electrical engineering. He competes in distance freestyle for the Rockets.
For the women's diving team, sophomore Stephanie Ellis (Warsaw, IN - Community) made honorable mention Academic All-MAC with a 3.47 G.P.A. Ellis is majoring in pharmacy. Ellis competes on the UT diving team
