Tim Hoover joined the Rockets as a special teams analyst in 2026. Hoover previously was a linebackers coach/special teams coordinator at Wisconsin Eau-Claire (2024-25), a defensive analyst at Eastern Washington (2022-23), a linebackers coach at Wisconsin-Platteville (2020-21) and a graduate assistant at Wisconsin-Whitewater (2019).
Hoover graduated from Illinois State in 2019 and received his master’s degree from UW-Whitewater in 2021.
