Staci Chambers

Staci Chambers is entering her first season with the Rockets after joining the Toledo softball coaching staff in September of 2025.

Chambers comes to Toledo after a five-year playing career at Cal State Fullerton (2020-24) and Oregon (2024-25). At Cal State Fullerton, Chambers won two Big West Conference Championships and was named to the Big West All-First Team in 2024. While at Oregon, she was a member of the 2025 Big Ten Champion squad and made a run to the Women's College World Series. She has also coached travel and club softball with Breakers Lab, the team she grew up playing for.

At Cal State Fullerton, Chambers had a career ERA of 2.87 through 219.1 innings of work. She struck out 189 batters and held her opponents to a .245 batting average. She also threw a no-hitter on Feb. 11, 2024 against Colorado State, pitching 7.0 innings and striking out eight in the process. At Oregon, she held a 3.91 ERA and earned a 3-0 record, including one save. Chambers threw 4.1 scoreless innings in the NCAA Regional Championship game against Stanford and got the win against Liberty in the NCAA Super Regionals.

A native of El Cajon, Calif., Chambers earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Cal State Fullerton and a master's degree in prevention sciences.
