Brandon Palidar was named the assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Toledo in August of 2025.
Palidar previously worked for Bowling Green State University as the associate head strength and conditioning coach for football from 2024-25. He has also worked for Miami (Ohio) as the assistant director of football human performance, Eastern Kentucky as the assistant director of football sports performance, and Bowling Green as the assistant strength and conditioning coach. He has worked with a variety of sports in his career, including, football, track and field, cross-country, baseball, gymnastics, men’s golf and swimming and diving.
Palidar graduated from Bowling Green in 2018 with a bachelors degree in exercise science. He earned a masters degree in sports administration from Arkansas State in 2019. Palidar is certified through the CSCCA and the NSCA.
Palidar and his wife Christina have a daughter named Zoey.
