Aeriel Condra-Bogan joined the University of Toledo Student-Athlete Support Services staff as a Learning Specialist in 2025.
Condra-Bogan brings nine years of experience in education, most recently serving as a math interventionist and fourth grade teacher at Mary H. Wright Elementary School in South Carolina. She was recognized as the school’s 2024 Teacher of the Year.
A native of Woodruff, S.C., Condra-Bogan earned her associate degree from Spartanburg Methodist College, her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Converse College, and her master’s degree in instructional technology from Walden University.
