Competed in ninth meets during her first season as a Rocket…Placed sixth in the 200 fly and 400 free relay and seventh in the 100 fly and the 200 medley relay at Ohio (Oct. 11)…Earned a 10^th-place finish in the 200 free relay, 11^th-place finish in the 200 fly, 17^th-place finish in the 100 fly and 32^nd-place finish in the 50 free at the FGCU Eagle Invitational (Oct. 18-19)…Earned fifth in the 100 fly and 200 fly against Indiana State (Nov. 8)…Took 31^st in the 200 fly at the Magnus Cup (Nov. 21-23)…Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 200 fly and 200 free relay and a seventh-place finish in the 100 fly against Marshall (Jan. 10)…Tallied a third-place finish in the 400 free relay, fifth-place finish in the 200 fly and eighth-place finish in the 100 fly versus Miami (Jan. 11)…Recorded second in the 200 free relay, fourth in the 400 medley relay and seventh in the 100 and 200 fly at Eastern Michigan (Jan. 17)…Took sixth in the 200 free relay, seventh in the 400 free relay, eighth in the 200 medley relay, 10^th in the 100 fly and 12^th in the 200 fly at the Toledo Tri-Meet (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)…Placed 19^th in the 200 fly and 27^th in the 100 fly at the 2025 MAC Championship.

High School
Lettered in swimming and water polo at North Penn Senior High School...Captain of the swim team...Earned All-State honors for 200 Free Relay and Medley Relay, and  All-District First-Team for 100 Fly and 200 Free Relay...Also earned the Sportsmanship Award.

Full name is Sarah Joyce Poach...Parents are Patty and Jim Poach...Mother swam at Shippensburg University...Has one sister, Catherine...Anticipated major is marketing.
