All-MAC Second Team honors...Saw action in 10 meets throughout her sophomore campaign… College Sport Communicators Academic All-District Team member…Academic All-MAC honoree…Won the 100 fly, took second in the 200 fly and third in the 200 IM and 200 medley relay at Ohio (Oct. 11)…Won the 100 fly, 400 medley relay, 400 free relay and 800 free relay, placed third in the 200 fly and seventh in the 200 free relay at the FGCU Eagle Invitational (Oct. 18-19)…Won the 100 fly, took second in the 200 fly and 200 medley relay and placed fifth in the 200 IM against Indiana State (Nov. 8)…Placed second in the 100 fly, third in the 100 back and fourth in the 200 free relay and 400 medley relay and sixth in the 400 free relay at the Magnus Cup (Nov. 21-23)…Won the 100 fly and recorded second in the 200 free relay, 200 fly and 200 medley relay versus Marshall (Jan. 10)…Won the 100 fly, took second in the 100 back, third in the 200 IM and fourth in the 400 medley relay against Miami (Jan. 11)…Won the 100 fly, 200 fly, placed second in the 400 medley relay and third in the 200 IM at Eastern Michigan (Jan. 17)…Won the 400 free relay and placed second in the 100 fly, third in the 200 and 400 medley relay and fourth in the 200 fly in the Toledo Tri-Meet (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)…Took fourth in the 100 fly and broke the school record in the 100 back (53.67) while taking sixth in the 400 free relay and eighth in the 200 free relay, 200 and 400 medley relay at the MAC Championships…Recorded a10^th-place finish in the 50 fly and 100 back at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship.

Freshman (2023-24)
Won the 200 medley relay, 100 butterfly, and 200 butterfly, and finished third in the 200 IM at Oakland... Her 100 fly time ranks No.10 on Toledo's all-time list...Won the 200 butterfly, finished runner-up in the 100 butterfly and 400 freestyle relay, and third in the 100 freestyle at Akron...Won the 200 medley relay, 200 butterfly, and 200 freestyle relay, and finished third in the 200 butterfly vs. Bowling Green...Competed in the 200 freestyle relay (2nd), 200 medley relay (2nd), 100 backstroke (4th), 800 freestyle relay (4th), 400 medley relay (6th), 50 butterfly (7th), 100 butterfly, (8th), 50 freestyle (16th), 200 IM (17th) and 400 freestyle relay (17th) at the Magnus Cup Invitational...Won the 200 medley relay, 200 butterfly and anchor in the 200 freestyle relay, and finished runner-up in th 100 butterfly vs. UIndy...Won the 100 butterfly, finished runner-up in the 200 yard medley relay, 200 butterfly, and the 400 freestyle relay at Ball State...Won the 100 backstroke and anchor of the 400 freestyle relay, finished second in the 200 medley relay, and fourth in the 200 backstroke at Marshall...Won the 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay, 400 medley relay, and 200 freestyle relay; runner-up in the 100 backstroke, third in the 200 butterfly, fourth in the 100 butterfly, and sixth in the 200 IM in the Toledo tri-meet...At the MAC Championships, finished ninth in the 100 butterfly, 10th in the 100 backstroke, 11th in the 200 butterfly,  swam the 400 medley relay (5th), anchor of the 200 freestyle relay (5th), anchor of 400 freestyle relay (5th), and 200 medley relay (7th)...200 medley relay (1:39.99) is a UT record...100 butterfly (54.54) ranks seventh all-time...100 back (54.58) ranks third all-time...50 fly (55.02) ranks eighth all-time...400 medley relay (3:23.15) is a pool record at the Frederic A. Natatorium

High School
Swam in the 2020 British Championships and finished in the top 10 of the 50 and 100 butterfly and in the 50 backstroke.

Full name is Leah Evans...Parents are James and Clare Evans...Has one brother, Max, and one sister, Maisie...Plans to major in health sciences.
