Kade Pelton joined the Rockets as the recruiting and operations assistant in 2025.

Pelton assists with day-to-day recruiting operations, prospect evaluation and program logistics. In his role with the Rockets, Pelton supports the recruiting department through scouting, database management, prospect communications, visit coordination, and evaluation organization, while also assisting with operational logistics for the program. He plays an integral role in maintaining recruiting systems and supporting staff workflows throughout the year.

Pelton began his career as a student assistant at Bowling Green in 2020, and also served as an intern for the Atlanta Falcons (2023) and New England Patriots (2024).

A native of North Attleboro, Mass., Pelton graduated with a degree in sport management from Bowling Green in 2024.
