HOW TO ORDER TICKETS
How to Order Tickets
- Online: Fans may order tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by visiting utrockets.com.
- Walk-up: Fans may purchase tickets at the Rocket Ticket Office in the Sullivan Athletic Complex at Savage Arena during office hours.
- Telephone: Fans may place an order by telephone through the Rocket Ticket Office by calling 419.530.GOLD (4653).

Rocket Ticket Office accepts cash, check (made payable to The University of Toledo), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express).
Rocket fans also have the option of paying for their season tickets through a selected payment plan. Payment plans are automatically charged on the 15th of each month to the credit card on file.

Terms & Conditions for Toledo Athletic Tickets
This ticket is a revocable license. Ticket holder agrees to abide by all NCAA, Conference, University, and venue rules and applicable law. Misconduct, violation of any University policy (including the Rocket Rule of Conduct), or failure to comply with the terms and conditions herein may/will result in refusal of admission to or removal from the event without compensation. Presentation of this ticket for admission is consent for search for prohibited items. Such items may be seized and/or destroyed.
Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event and agree that the University, its agents and players are not liable for any injuries the Holder may sustain. Holder grants the University and its partners unrestricted right and license to use the Holder's likeness in any broadcast, telecast, webcast or other depiction or transmission of the event. Recording devices of any kind inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
Tickets not purchased directly from the University of Toledo or affiliated partners, are not guaranteed to be valid. This ticket must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or price in violation of any Federal, State, or local law or regulation and cannot be resold on University grounds. The University is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Cancellations, exchanges, and/or duplications are limited by University policy.
You shall not, whilst in a Venue, use any electronic device to record or transmit any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data concerning the progress, conduct or any other aspect of any Game for betting activities, unlicensed commercial activities or any other purposes in contravention of these terms and conditions, unless authorised or permitted to do so by the Mid-American Conference and (Institution). Mobile phones used for strictly personal and private use are permitted.
Any and all intellectual property rights in any unauthorized recording or transmission is assigned (by way of present assignment of future rights) to the Mid-American Conference. You further agree (if and whenever required to do so by the Mid-American Conference) to promptly execute all instruments and do all things necessary to vest the right, title and interest in such rights to the Conference absolutely and with full title guarantee. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, you may be refused entry to or evicted from the Venue.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELATIONS, OR LOST TICKETS
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancelations, or Lost Tickets
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancelations on tickets ordered through the Rocket Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change. Season tickets that are lost may be reprinted for the owner up to one day prior to the event at the Main Ticket Office located in the Sullivan Athletic Complex at Savage Arena. The University of Toledo is not responsible for lost or stolen individual game tickets and will not replace these tickets. Please keep your tickets in a secure area. Tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time.
WILL CALL
Will Call
For all orders placed within seven (7) business days of event, tickets will be held in WILL CALL. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all fans must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name, the original customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day. Player Will Call
For Toledo and Visitor Player will call locations please check each sport tab for additional information. All guests receiving a ticket from the Player Will Call list MUST PRESENT a valid picture I.D. (Consideration is given to those 16 years and younger).
ADA ACCOMMODATIONS
The University of Toledo will assist in providing accommodations for fans with disabilities, including accessible seating, parking shuttle service and accessible restrooms.
Accessible Seating
The University of Toledo is dedicated to assisting all people with disabilities. All individuals requiring special accommodations are encouraged to make arrangements in advance with the Ticket Office at 419.530.GOLD (4653).
The Glass Bowl:
Accessible seating is designated in Sections 1, 10, 11, 12, 23, 24 & 25. Accessible seating entrances at the Glass Bowl are located at the southwest and southeast gates.
Savage Arena:
Accessible seating is designated in Sections 104, 107 & 110.
Tickets are also available for purchase in these sections for guests who accommodate individuals with disabilities. Limit of three (3) tickets per person.
Elevator Access (John F. Savage Arena)
John F. Savage Arena has two elevators for fans to access our seating areas. The North elevator (located in the Sullivan Center, near Rocky's Locker) provides access to the main concourse and the Rocket Plaza levels (suite/loge/club/Joe Grogan Room) on game days. The South Elevator, located at the Rocket Plaza entrance provides access to the Rocket Plaza Level (suites/loge/club/Joe Grogan Room) on game days. The main concourse is accessible through the Rocket Plaza entrance.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is provided for all Rocket fans (with a valid state issued handicapped parking permit) in Parking Area 18, located east of the Student Recreation Center. Please enter campus via Oakwood at Douglas and proceed to Parking Area 18. For the convenience of our fans, a shuttle service will provide transportation from your vehicle to the southwest and southeast gates of the Glass Bowl stadium. This shuttle service will be available beginning one and a half hours before kickoff and will also operate for an hour after the game ends.

D/deaf or Hard of Hearing
Assistive listening devices are available at the guest services office located next to the first aid office (near the South Tower entrance) at the Glass Bowl Stadium and at the Audio Room located in the Southwest corner on the main concourse at John F. Savage Arena. A valid driver's license, state-issued photo ID, or credit card will be required as a deposit for the use of these devices. There is NO charge for use of the devices. We will also provide American Sign Language interpretation to individuals who contact our office at least two week prior to the event.
Service Animals
Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at all University of Toledo athletic facilities. All service dogs must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in athletic facilities.
Mobility Impairment
Guests needing wheelchair assistance while in the Glass Bowl Stadium or Savage Arena should ask the nearest usher for assistance.
Accessible Requests
If you have questions or if you would like to request accommodations for a disability, please call the ticket office at 419-530-4653. Please provide at least two weeks' notice to allow us to accommodate your request.
CHILD TICKETING POLICY
Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket to enter the Glass Bowl Stadium or Savage Arena, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons three (3) years or older need a ticket to enter the Glass Bowl Stadium or Savage Arena.

Rocket Ticket Office parking for fans is located on the north side of Savage Arena (across from the Ottawa River) with designated parking spaces.

Outside of the Glass Bowl
Responsible tailgating is encouraged outside the stadium. Please keep in accordance with any federal or state laws that may apply.
Inside of the Glass Bowl
Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium. There are no provisions to "check-in" items at the gate. Authorities hold the right to inspect any item at any time.
- Sportsmanship Code: The University of Toledo promotes good sportsmanship by its student-athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, players, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the stadium.
- Fans are strictly prohibited from entering the sideline area or the field of play unless they are properly credentialed. Violators are subject to ejection from the stadium.
- Prohibited items in the Glass Bowl include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, alcoholic beverages, coolers, backpacks, bottles, cans, thermoses, outside food or drink, duffel bags, any artificial noise-making devices, confetti, laser pointers, large flags, skateboard/hoverboards, commercial video/audio equipment or any item deemed hazardous by game management personnel. No pets are allowed except for service animals.
- The Glass Bowl permitted items include cell phones, pagers, binoculars, small handheld cameras, radios, diaper bags, umbrellas, rain gear, blankets and chair backs no larger than a single seat.
- The throwing of any object onto the playing surface is prohibited.
- Banner Policy - All banners must be in good taste and may not contain any inappropriate messages, banners may not cover existing signs inside of the stadium; flags, banners, and poles will not be allowed in the seating areas of the stadium.
- Unmanned Aircraft Systems - UAS shall not create an undue hazard to University owned or controlled facility during an athletic or special event. If a university unit arranges for a contractor or a third party to use a UAS for purposes associated with a university facility or event, the unit shall contact the Department of Risk Management along with the University Police Department to ensure the UAS owner and operator has adequate liability insurance and takes the proper safety measures that are needed.
