Toledo vs. San Diego State – Sept. 24, 2022

• Toledo outgained San Diego State, 376 to 282, and led in time of possession, 31:47 to 28:13.
• Toledo’s defense held the Aztecs to just 65 yards passing and 1-of-11 on third down. It is the third time this season that Toledo has held its opponent to under 75 yards passing
• Sophomore safety Maxen Hook led Toledo with 10 tackles and added 2.0 tackles for loss.
• Junior cornerback Chris McDonald picked up his third career interception, a diving grab in the third quarter.
• Sophomore quarterback Dequan Finn completed 21-of-34 passes for 240 yards. Finn also rushed for 44 yards on 11 carries.
• Sophomore Jacquez Stuart rushed for a season-high 54 yards on 14 attempts.
• Sophomore wide receiver DeMeer Blankumsee led Toledo with eight receptions for 112 yards, both career-high totals.
