Toledo vs. Ohio State – Sept. 17, 2022

• Sophomore quarterback Dequan completed 10-of-19 passes for 153 yards and two TDs.
• Finn also rushed for a team-high 70 yards and one TD on seven carries. Finn has led the Rockets in rushing in each of Toledo’s three games this season.
• Finn’s 23-yard touchdown run in the second quarter was his fourth of the season and 13^th of his career.
• Senior linebacker Dyontae Johnson led the Rockets with 10 tackles, his sixth career game with double-digit tackles.
• Redshirt freshman Thomas Zsiros caught the first touchdown pass of his career, a 50-yard bomb in the first quarter. It was the second longest pass play of the year for Toledo (Jamal Turner 69 yards vs. LIU).
• Sophomore Jerjuan Newton caught his second TD reception of the season and fifth of his career.
• No. 3 Ohio State was the second-highest ranked opponent the Rockets have ever faced, after No. 1 OSU in 1998 and tied with No. 3 Miami (Fla.) in 1987.
