The University of Toledo and the City of Toledo are once again partnering for “Rocket Week” to kick off another year of Rocket Athletics. Rocket Week will take place from August 22 - 30 and is a series of special events leading up to the Biggest Party In Toledo and home-opening football game at the Glass Bowl on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 7:30 p.m. Check out the information below to find event dates, exclusive gear, and how to be a part of #RocketWeek on social media!

Sept. 1-10
Toledo Community & Campus
- Rocket fans and the Toledo community are encouraged to fly their Toledo Rockets flags all week. Share your Toledo Pride by posting an image of your flag flying high on social media with the hashtag #RocketWeek.
- Rocket Flags are available for purchase at the Rocket Ticket Office, online at UTRockets.com, Rocky's Locker in the Student Union or Rocky's Locker Online
- UToledo Students are encouraged to decorate their residence halls room or door for Rocket Week and post on social media with the hashtag #RocketWeek. The best decorated room or door wins a Rocket Prize Pack.

- 9:00 a.m. – WATCH! WTOL "Good Day" morning show live from the Glass Bowl.
- 1:30 p.m. – Toledo Rocket Flag Raising Ceremony (One Government Center) with Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, UToledo Interim President Matt Schroeder, and Vice President and Director of Athletics Bryan Blair.
