- Toledo moved to 64-28 in Homecoming games.Â
- Toledo’s 31-3 halftime lead was its largest margin at the break since going up 31-0 in a 45-7 win over UMass, on Oct. 2, 2021.
- Sophomore QB Dequan Finn completed 13-of-23 passes for 186 yards and two TDs. He also ran for 84Â yards, the fourth time this season he has rushed for at least 60Â yards.
- Sophomore Jacquez Stuart rushed for a career-best 122Â yards and one TD on 16 carries.
- Sophomore DeMeer Blankumsee caught five passes for 106 yards, his second straight game of over 100 yards receiving.
- Sophomore Micah Kelly rushed for 64Â yards and his first touchdown of the season, seventh of his career.
- Senior tight end Jamal Turner caught his third TD pass of the season, a one-yarder in the second quarter.
- Junior Thomas Cluckey’s 45-yard field goal in the first quarter was his longest of the season and second-longest of his career. His longest was 50 yards at CMU in 2021.
- Redshirt freshman Jonathan Batzke had two punts blocked in the fourth quarter, the first time a Toledo punt was blocked since Oct. 12, 2019 vs. Bowling Green, a string of 30 games.
- Senior linebacker Dallas Gant led Toledo with a career-high 13 tackles, the third time this season he has led the team in tackles.
- The defense forced three CMU turnovers on Saturday, the first time Toledo has forced at least three turnovers since its win over UMass last year on Oct. 2, 2021.
- As part of the Homecoming festivities, the Rockets honored players from the 1967 and 2017 MAC Championship teams during the game.
