Toledo Bahamas Bowl Post Game Notes

  • Sophomore QB Dequan Finn threw a 90-yard TD pass in the second quarter to junior Matt Landers to put the Rockets up 14-7. It was longest career touchdown for both Finn and Landers, and Toledo’s longest TD pass since 2016 (98 yards from Logan Woodside to Jon’Vea Johnson against Ohio on Oct. 27). It is alsothe fourth-longest reception in Toledo history, and the longest TD pass in Bahamas Bowl history. Finn completed 18-of-39 passes for 212 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Junior Bryant Koback rushed for 126 yards, and finishes the 2021 season with 1,400 yards. He has rushed for over 100 yards in Toledo's last six games and 14 times overall in his career.
  • Koback now has 4,026 career rushing yards, fourth in Toledo history behind Kareem Hunt (4,945), Chester Taylor (4,849) and Wasean Tait (4,338).
  • Senior cornerback Samuel Womack recorded one pass breakup, giving him 16 on the season. He has the most PBUs in Toledo history with 41 for his career.
  • The Rockets played their 19th bowl game in program history and own a record of 11-8 in bowl games.
