Toledo Post Game Notes

• The victory gives Toledo a 3-2 record in MAC play and keeps the Rockets alive in the West Division race. The Rockets are a half-game behind Western Michigan and Central Michigan (4-2) and tied with Ball State (3-2). Toledo and CMU meet in the season finale in Mount Pleasant on Nov. 29.
• With the win, Toledo (6-3) becomes bowl eligible for the 10^th-consecutive season.
• This was the fifth consecutive victory for the Rockets over Kent State and the 12^th straight win in the Glass Bowl. The last Golden Flash win in Toledo came in 1977, a span of 42 years. Toledo leads the series, 27-21.
• Toledo racked up 483 yards of total offense, including 289 yards on the ground.
• Junior QB Eli Peters completed 15-of-25 passes for 194 yards and one TD. Redshirt freshman Carter Bradley came on in relief on the Rockets’ final drive of the game.
• In his eight career games as a starter, Peters has led the Rockets to a 6-2 record.
• Junior Shakif Seymour rushed for a career-high 175 yards. It was his first 100-yard game of the season and fourth of his career.
• Sophomore Bryant Koback rushed for 67 yards to give him 1,052 for the season, the 16^th Rocket ever to crack the 1000-yard mark. Koback left the game in the second quarter with an injury.
