Central Michigan Post-Game Notes

  • Redshirt freshman Carter Bradley made his second career start at quarterback, completing 15-of-23 passes for 121 yards. His 15 pass completions are a season high.
  • Freshman quarterback Dequan Finn entered the game in the third quarter, his third appearance of the season. He completed 4-of-7 passes for 52 yards and added a team-best 43 rushing yards.
  • Sophomore running back Bryant Koback finished the game with 22 rushing yards, which moved him into 13th place on Toledo’s all-time single-season rushing list with 1,187 yards. He passes Emerson Cole (1949, 1,172 yards) and Chester Taylor (1999, 1,176) in Friday’s game.
  • Koback’s three-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter was his 12th of the season, tied for third-most in the MAC.
  • Sophomore Desjuan Johnson tallied a career-high three tackles for loss, tying him with Saeed Holt (at Colorado State, Sept. 21) for most in a game by a Rocket this season.
  • Junior safety Tycen Anderson led the team with nine tackles, the second straight game he led the Rockets in tackling.
  • Junior Danzel McKinley-Lewis (five catches, 38 yards) and senior Desmond Phillips (four catches, 33 yards) both have a team-best 36 receptions on the season.
  • Sophomore Daniel Bolden recorded a career-high seven tackles
