• With tonight’s loss, Toledo is 11-5 in bowl games.
• Toledo (9-4) finished the season with nine wins, the fifth time in the last six years UT has had at least nine victories.
• Senior RB Kareem Hunt rushed for 120 yards, giving him 4,945 career rushing yards, breaking the all-time record at UT previously held by Chester Taylor (4,849 from 1998-2001). It was also the 28th 100-yard game in his career, breaking the school mark of 27 held by Taylor.
• Logan Woodside added to his nation-leading total by throwing two touchdown passes. He leads the nation with 45 touchdown passes, four more than the No. 2 QB (Texas Tech’s Patrick Mahomes – 41).
• Junior Cody Thompson totaled 99 receiving yards giving him 1,269 for the season and setting the record at Toledo. Lance Moore (1,194 in 2003) held the previous mark for the past 13 years.
• Senior tight end Michael Roberts caught one touchdown, giving him 16 for the season and adding on to his school record for TD receptions in a season.
