Public town halls will take place in July and August
TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo Vice President and Director of Athletics Tom Moreland has invited Rocket fans, alumni, supporters and community members to attend town hall meetings from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, July 30 and Tuesday, Aug. 11 in the Grogan Room at Savage Arena.Â

The events will provide attendees with an opportunity to hear directly from Moreland about the current state of Toledo Athletics, recent accomplishments across the department and the vision for the future of Rocket Athletics. Moreland will discuss key initiatives, strategic priorities and opportunities that lie ahead as UT continues its pursuit of excellence in competition, academics and community engagement.

"We are excited to bring our fans and supporters together for an open conversation about the future of Toledo Athletics," said Moreland. "Our success is built on the passion and commitment of Rocket Nation, and I look forward to sharing where we are as a department, where we're headed and hearing directly from those who care so deeply about our student-athletes and programs."

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with Moreland. Fans are encouraged to bring their questions and engage in a candid discussion about the direction of Toledo Athletics.
