TOLEDO, Ohio - Melody Jebiwot wrapped up her 2026 outdoor track & field season as she competed in the 10,000m event at the NCAA East Preliminary Round in Lexington, Ky. on Thursday evening.
Jebiwot tallied a final time of 34:46.43 to finish in 32nd place in the event. The junior came into the meet with the 29th-fastest 10,000m time in the NCAA East Region, a mark she set at the 2026 Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championship meet.
