TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo Athletics is proud to announce the launch of its Rocket Account Manager program, a new fan engagement initiative designed to provide personalized service and enhance the overall experience for some of the Rockets' most loyal supporters.

The Rocket Account Manager program connects eligible fans with a dedicated athletics representative, who serve as a direct point of contact for Season Ticket Members and Rocket Fund Donors. This athletics department growth signals investment in its people, expansion of its team and building the infrastructure needed for continued progress.Â

"Our goal is to create an exceptional experience for every Rocket fan," said Vice President and Director of Athletics Tom Moreland. "The Rocket Account Manager program allows us to provide a more personal level of service while building lasting relationships with the people who invest in Toledo Athletics. Whether it's helping with season tickets, premium seating, special events, or simply answering questions, our team is here to make every interaction as seamless as possible."

Each Rocket Account Manager will work directly with assigned fans to assist with ticket purchases and renewals, account management, game-day planning, premium hospitality opportunities, donor benefits, and other athletics-related needs.

The initiative is part of Toledo Athletics' continued commitment to delivering a first-class fan experience while strengthening relationships with supporters who play an integral role in the success of Rocket student-athletes and athletic programs.

The Rocket Account Manager program will begin serving eligible fans on Monday, Oct. 5, with representatives reaching out throughout the coming weeks to introduce themselves and provide contact information.Â
