LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Toledo women's soccer team was on the attack for much of the afternoon, but fell to Eastern Kentucky in the 2025 season opener, 3-1 at the Lexington Sporting Club on Thursday.

The Rockets outshot the Colonels 18-11, including 9-2 in the first half, and held all four corners, but EKU capitalized on its opportunities with goals in the 25th, 52nd and 80th minutes. EKU goalkeeper Jordan Levasseur came up with 11 saves on the afternoon.
