Rockets qualified with a 3.63 GPA in spring semester

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's swimming and diving team was selected as Spring Team Scholar All-America by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America, the CSCAA announced on Thursday.

The Rockets finished with a 3.634 GPA during the spring 2025 semester to obtain the award. To qualify, teams must have combined for at least a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

Toledo received the award for a 10th-consecutive semester.

The team honor adds to several individual awards during this past season. An impressive 16 student-athletes qualified for the Academic All-MAC list, while Leah Evans, Nejla Karic, Molly Pressler and Janne Slegers were each named CSC Academic All-District.

Toledo is one of 763 teams from 432 institutions to qualify for the award this spring. Both men's and women's teams were selected for the award.
