TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's basketball team's 2025-26 non-conference schedule will feature six home games, Head CoachÂ
Tod Kowalczyk announced today.
The Rockets will play four of their first five games in Savage Arena, including their first two contests vs. South Alabama (Nov. 3) in the MAC-SBC Challenge and Marshall (Nov. 8). UT will also host Detroit Mercy (Nov. 15) and Youngstown State (Nov. 19) in its opening month. Toledo's remaining home games in December are vs. Central State Univ. (Dec. 1) and Lourdes Univ. (Dec. 20).
"Playing four home games in November will be great for our team as we build our chemistry and get ready for conference play," Kowalczyk said. "We gave a lot of new faces and it will be important to build confidence early in the season."
The Rockets' road schedule is highlighted by participating in the Coconut Classic (Nov. 24-26) in Fort Myers, Fla. and a trip to national power Michigan State in mid-December. Toledo will also visit Horizon League foes Oakland (Dec. 6) and Robert Morris (Dec. 13).
Toledo's final non-conference contest will be a road game on Feb. 7 as part of the MAC-SBC Challenge.
