TOLEDO, Ohio – Jillian Lehman has been promoted to the position of Associate Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Experience at the University of Toledo, Vice President and Director of Athletics
Bryan B. Blair announced today.
In her new role, Lehman will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rocket Academic Center and lead the Student-Athlete Support Services (SASS) office in a variety of services to assist with and promote academic progress, personal development and community engagement. Lehman currently serves as the director of football advising and directly oversees the women's basketball, women's soccer and women's tennis programs.

Lehman began working at the University of Toledo in the spring of 2016 as an academic advisor in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. She joined the Athletic Department as an academic coordinator in January 2017, was promoted to assistant director in 2020, and most recently assistant athletic director for SASS in 2023. Prior to her time at Toledo, she worked for two years in the Student Athlete Services office at Bowling Green State University.
Lehman played basketball at Clarion University and graduated with a degree in mid-level education in 2012. She earned a master's degree in academic advising with a concentration in athletics from Kansas State University in 2013.
Lehman and her husband Cory, both Toledo natives, reside in Perrysburg with their three children, Taylor, Leo and Olivia.
