Setric Millner Jr. Signs Two-Way Contract with San Antonio Spurs

Former Rocket averaged 16.1 ppg last year and earned Second-Team All-MAC honors
TOLEDO, Ohio - Former University of Toledo men's basketball player Setric Millner Jr. will begin his professional career in the NBA's San Antonio Spurs organization. Millner has signed a two-way contract with the Spurs.
Millner's agreement with the Spurs marks the second-straight season a Rocket has signed an NBA contract.
A Little Rock, Ark. native, Millner earned Second-Team All-MAC honors and was named to the MAC All-Tournament Team in his senior campaign after receiving Third-Team All-MAC accolades as a junior. He ranked ninth in the MAC and second on the team with a career-high 16.1 ppg. Millner also ranked second in the MAC in league play with a team-best 50.0 three-point FG% (35-of-70) and paced the Rockets with 5.9 rpg.
Millner concluded his Rocket career as the program's 16th-leading scoring with 1,462 points over three seasons. He averaged 14.8 ppg and helped Toledo post a 74-25 overall record with a 48-9 win-loss mark in league play. The Rockets' 74 victories were tied for 13th nationally during this three-year period, and UT became the first current Mid-American Conference program to win three consecutive outright league titles.
