Home games vs. Ball State on Tuesday, Jan. 3, Western Michigan on Friday, Jan. 6, and Eastern Michigan on Tuesday, Jan. 24 in addition to a road matchup at Buffalo on Friday, Jan. 20 were chosen as part of the league's national television package. Toledo may have more national television contests later in the conference campaign with all MAC TV games in February and early March being announced as 21-day wild-card selections.Â
