CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced today that 15 student-athletes on the University of Toledo swimming and diving team have been recognized with Academic All-MAC accolades. The 15 Academic All-MAC selections mark the most in a single season for the Rockets, besting the previous high of 14 achieved by the 2016 squad.

Kendra Polewski led the Rockets on the Academic All-MAC team with 4.00 GPAs. The pair are joined on the list by sophomores

Eriksson, Sampson, and Storm each collect the honor for the third time in their respective careers, while Ekleberry, Gallais, Jones, and Lovell were tabbed for the second time. The remaining eight Rockets earned the recognition for the first time.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
