Sean Mills Named to Mannelly Award Watch List

Sean Mills enters his third season as the Rockets' long snapper.

TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo senior Sean Mills was named to the official watch list for the 2020 Patrick Mannelly Award today. Mills is one of 20 players named to the watch list for the Patrick Mannelly Award, which is in its second season of honoring the top long snapper in the country.

Mills has been Toledo's long snapper for every game over the past two season. He was named preseason All-MAC by Phil Steele magazine.

Ten semi-finalists for the award will be announced on Nov. 16, and then three finalists selected on Nov.27. The winner is tentatively expected to be announced on Dec. 12, 2020.
