Toledo Football Announces 2020 Schedule

TOLEDO, Ohio - The University of Toledo announced its 2020 football schedule today, which features six Mid-American Conference games. The Rockets open the 2020 season at home on Wednesday, Nov. 4 against Bowling Green in the annual "Battle of I-75" matchup.

The other five games are all against MAC West Division foes. The Rockets will travel to Western Michigan (Nov. 11) and Eastern Michigan (Nov. 18) on consecutive Wednesdays before finishing with three Saturday contests vs. Ball State (Nov. 28), at Northern Illinois (Dec. 5) and defending West Division champ Central Michigan (Dec. 12). The MAC Championship Game will be played on Friday, Dec. 18 at Ford Field in Detroit.

Game times and TV information for all six games will be announced at a later date. Previously, the Mid-American Conference announced that there will be no general public attendance at any MAC football games this season due to safety concerns related to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Information about opportunities for individuals to purchase "fan cut-outs" that will be displayed in the stadium will be announced soon.
