TOLEDO, Ohio –The Toledo softball team will be honored at a pre-game ceremony during batting practice in a Detroit Tigers game vs. the Minnesota Twins at Comerica Park on Wednesday, Sept. 25. The celebration is scheduled to take place at approximately 5:15 p.m.
"To be recognized at a Tigers game as the MAC Tournament champs is going to be just awesome for our players," said second-year head coach
Joe Abraham. "We take loads of knowledge from baseball and transfer it to our game, so we appreciate the Tigers extending their relationship with the City of Toledo and treating Toledo Softball as part of their family."
