Downtown Coaches Association Luncheons to Kick Off Monday

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Downtown Coaches Association (DCA) of The University of Toledo will hold its first luncheon for the 2019-20 athletic year on Monday, Aug. 26 in the Grogan Room in Savage Arena.

A buffet lunch is available beginning at 11:30 a.m. for $15.00, with the program starting at noon. Anyone interested in Rocket Athletics is encouraged to attend. Annual membership dues are $40.00 and a joint membership for couples is available for $50.00.

Each week, members will hear from Rocket coaches, student-athletes and other special guests. Monday's opening luncheon will feature head football coach Jason Candle. Due to Labor Day, the DCA's second meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 3 and then will meet every Monday after that.
