TOLEDO, Ohio - Freshman Zaria Wright has left the Toledo women's basketball program following the completion of the 2017-18 season, head coach Tricia Cullop announced on Thursday.Â
"I appreciate everything Zaria has done for our program, and I wish her nothing but the best," Cullop said.Â
A native of Charlotte, N.C., Wright appeared in nine games off the bench during the year, averaging 0.7 points, 0.1 rebounds, 0.2 assists and 0.1 steals in 2.6 minutes.Â
The Rockets (17-14) will have to wait until Monday evening, March 12, to find out if they have been selected to participate in the Postseason WNIT.
