ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – Toledo led wire-to-wire en route to posting a 58-39 victory over St. Bonaventure (4-5) in Monday's non-conference match-up in the Reilly Center. With the road win, the Rockets' extend their winning streak to five-straight games and improve to 6-1 on the season.

Junior Kaayla McIntyre paced UT with 14 points, a career-tying best 13 rebounds and a game-high three rejections to tally her squad-best third double-double this year, followed closely by senior Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriott with 13 points.

The 2017 Mid-American Conference Champions also received eight points from junior Olivia Cunningham, seven by senior Jada Woody and six from sophomore Sara Rokkanen to record their sixth-consecutive triumph against an Atlantic 10 Conference opponent.

As a team, the Rockets shot 39.0 percent (23-of-59) from the floor, including 23.8 percent (5-of-21) from three-point land, and 43.8 percent (7-of-16) from the charity stripe.

UT controlled the glass and finished with a sizable 50-33 rebounding edge, triggered by McInytre's double-digit effort. Sophomore Mariella Santucci, redshirt freshman Tanaya Beacham and Bravo-Harriott also helped the cause with five boards each, as the Rockets totaled 50 rebounds for the first time this season.

Danielle Migliore led the Bonnies with 11 points. SBU's two leading scorers, Mariah Ruff and Mckenna Maycock, were limited to 15 points on 6-of-20 shooting from the field, including 0-of-8 from beyond the arc. St. Bonaventure, which shot a frigid 27.3 percent (15-of-55) from the floor, came into tonight's game averaging 62.4 points.

The Rockets wasted little time in taking control of the tonight's action, scoring the game's first 17 points. Bravo-Harriott and Cunningham sparked the strong start over the opening seven-plus minutes, combining for 13 of the 17 points.

The Bonnies did not get on the scoreboard until Ruff converted a pair of free throws at the 2:37 mark in the first period.

UT remained red-hot shooting the ball early in the second stanza, registering eight of the first 10 points to extend its lead to 27-8 at the 6:40 mark. Bravo-Harriott once again triggered the impressive play with a pair of deep field goals to put her in double figures and make it a 19-point advantage.

The Rockets' lead did not slip below 14 points for the remainder of the opening half, as the Midnight Blue & Gold held a 35-19 cushion at the break. UT knocked down 14 of its 28 shots from the field in the opening 20 minutes and 4-of-6 from the free throw line to build a 16-point advantage at the half.

Toledo continued to play well in the third period, taking advantage of four layups from McIntyre to push the score to 47-28 after 30 minutes of competition. The Toledo native dominated the interior and converted a quartet of field goals within five feet to keep the home crowd silent.

The Midnight Blue & Gold then put the finishing touches on the impressive road victory with a pair of deep triples from the wing by Rokkanen and Woody early in the fourth quarter.

The Rockets return to the hardwood on Wednesday, Dec. 6 when travel to the "Steel City" to take on Duquesne at 5:30 p.m. in the A.J. Palumbo Center.
