Andy McCollum, Football (1989-1992)

Andy McCollum was an All-MAC offensive lineman who became an even bigger success after his playing days as a Rocket were over. An offensive guard, McCollum received first-team All-MAC honors his junior and senior seasons (1991-1992). He was also on the Academic All-MAC team all four years he played for the Rockets and was a member of the 1990 MAC co-championship team that finished 9-2. McCollum was an undrafted signee with the New Orleans Saints after his UT career ended. He later was traded to the St. Louis Rams, where he started in two Super Bowls at center in 2000 and 2002.
