• Toledo now leads the all-time series vs. Central Michigan by a 49-26 margin. The Rockets have won their last eight meetings with CMU, including four in a row at Rose Arena.

• Head Coach Stan Joplin holds an 18-5 all-time record vs. the Chippewas.

• The last time UT opened its MAC season with two road games the Rockets came away with two victories. In 2001-02, UT posted wins at Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan on its way to an 11-7 conference campaign.

• The Rockets now have a nine-game conference win streak dating back to last season. UT ended the 2005-06 campaign with seven wins in a row on its way to the MAC championship game.

• Toledo held a second straight opponent to under 40 percent shooting, the only two times this season that UT has done so.

• Senior guard Justin Ingram led the Rockets in scoring for the fourth time this season. Ingram and senior forward Keonta Howell have scored in double figures in 12 of 14 contests this year.

• Junior guard Kashif Payne registered a season scoring high for a second straight game with 14 points and also grabbed a season-high five rebounds.

• Junior forward Jerrah Young played a season-high in minutes (24) for a second straight game and responded with a career-best four steals and three rebounds.

• Sophomore guard Tyrone Kent tallied a career-high two blocked shots to go along with eight points, a team-high seven boards, four steals and two assists.
