• Toledo is now 6-3 vs. Oakland with Head Coach Stan Joplin's record dropping to 5-2 vs. the Golden Grizzlies. The Rockets have lost their last two contests at the O'Rena.

• Toledo's 4-8 start this season is its worst since beginning the 1992-93 campaign with a 3-9 win-loss mark.

• The last time that UT dropped three straight games by 10 or more points was at Cincinnati (68-55) on Dec. 10, 2001, Detroit (63-40) on Dec. 15, 2001 and Oakland (93-68) on Dec. 27, 2001.

• The Rockets' 47 points in the second half were the most points UT has scored in a half this season.

• Oakland registered the most free throws (31) and free throws attempted (38) by a UT opponent this season. It was the most free throws made by an opponent since Ball State drained 36 free throws on Jan. 10, 2004 and the most attempted by an opponent since Ohio shot 39 free throws on Jan. 26, 2005.

• UT registered 13 assists and 10 turnovers to mark just the second time this season the Rockets have posted a positive assist/turnover ratio. (The Rockets committed 13 assist and 10 turnovers vs. Drake).

• The Golden Grizzlies' 46 points equaled Vanderbilt for the most points scored by a Rocket opponent in a second half this season.

• Senior guard Justin Ingram tied his career high with five steals and connected for a career-best nine field goals en route to a 22-point effort. He has scored in double figures in 11 of 12 games this season and 21 of 22 contests dating back to the 2005-06 campaign. Ingram moved ahead of Tim Reiser (1,216 pts. - 1980-84) into 21st place on UT's all-time scoring list with 1,231 points.

• Senior forward Florentino Valencia matched his season high with nine field goals on the way to scoring 19 points. He shot 9-of-13 from the field and leads the MAC with a 63.8 field-goal percentage. Valencia grabbed a team-high six rebounds and has led UT on the boards a team-best eight times and scored in 11 of 12 games this season.

• Senior forward Keonta Howell broke out of a shooting slump and scored a team-high 23 points. He has led the Rockets in scoring on a team-high five occasions.

• Sophomore guard Jonathan Amos saw his streak of making at least one three-point field goal end at six games.
