* Toledo's 0-2 start in the Mid-American Conference is the first time since the 1994-95 campaign it has lost their first two league contests.

* The Rockets have now lost five of their last six games at the M.A.C. Center and Head Coach Stan Joplin is now 3-9 vs. the Golden Flashes in his 10-year tenure on UT's bench.

* Toledo registered a season-high 12 three-point field goals and equalled a season best with 29 three-point field-goal attempts.

* The Rockets registered a season-low three steals and committed a season-high 26 fouls.

* Kent State's 28 free-throw attempts were the most by a Rocket opponent this season.

* Junior guard Keonta Howell scored a career-high 23 points while also registering a career-high nine field goals and five three-pointers. He also matched a career high with two blocked shots.

* Junior guard Justin Ingram grabbed a season-high six rebounds and scored in double figures for the ninth time in 10 games this season.

* Sophomore guard Kashif Payne equalled his career high with two three-point field goals.
