* Toledo's 49 points were the first time it has been held under 50 points since a 58-45 setback to Virginia Tech at the Paradise Jam on Nov. 25, 2002.

* The Rockets' seven assists were a season low and their 13 turnovers were their fewest since committing just 12 miscues vs. Oakland on Dec. 28.

* Toledo failed to register a blocked shot for the first time this season.

* UT now trails in its all-time series vs. Miami by a 63-48 margin and has lost its last three contests vs. the RedHawks. The Rockets also have dropped their last three games in Millett Hall.

* Toledo's defeat gives it back-to-back setbacks for just the second time this season.

* Head Coach Stan Joplin is now 6-7 in his career vs. Miami.

* Sophomore forward Jerrah Young scored a season-high 10 points.

* Junior guard Justin Ingram tallied 10 points and has scored in double figures for the 13th time in 14 games this season.

* Freshman guard Jonathan Amos led the Rockets with four steals and it was his second highest steal total in a game this season. He ranks third on the team with 14 steals.

* Sophomore center Haris Charalambous equalled his career high with four points in five minutes of action.
