TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Florentino Valencia scored 15 points and Toledo limited Central Michigan to 31-percent shooting from the field in a 68-44 win on Saturday.
Justin Ingram added 14 points and Allen Pinson had 13 points for the Rockets (14-12, 9-7 Mid-American Conference).
They led 30-18 at the break and built leads as big as 31 points in the second half.
Eddie Spencer scored 10 points on perfect shooting for the Chippewas. He hit all three of his shots from the field and all four of his free throws. His teammates were a combined 9-of-36 (25 percent) from the field.
Toledo never trailed after Kareem Milson scored the game's first four points.
