* The Rockets have now captured at least a share of the MAC's West Division title seven times in the nine years since the conference split into East and West divisions.

* Senior quarterback Bruce Gradkowski tied his season high with four touchdown passes and now has 80 TD passes in his career to rank fifth in the MAC, five behind Miami's Ben Roethlisberger.
* Junior wide receiver Steve Odom set a career high with 146 receiving yards with a season-high 10 receptions. He also registered his longest catch of his season with a 46-yard catch in the third quarter. Odom also became the fourth Rocket to surpass 2,000 yards receiving in a career. He now has 165 receptions for 2,106 yards. He ranks fifth at UT in career receptions, sixth in career TD receptions (16) and has caught a pass in all 36 contests of his career.
* Senior running back Trinity Dawson ran for a career-high 170 yards on 28 carries and registered his sixth 100-yard game of the season and the 14th of his career. Dawson now has 3,350 yards in his career and moved into fourth place in career rushing attempts with 650. He also has 36 touchdowns in his career which is tied for fourth in school history with Roland Moss (1966-68).
* Junior tight end Josh Powell caught a career-high four passes for 61 yards and also caught his first touchdown pass of the season and second of his career.
* Junior tight end Chris Hopkins' two touchdown receptions were a season high and give him three for his career.
* Senior placekicker Jason Robbins connected on a career-long 44-yard field goal at the start of the third quarter and now is a perfect 12-for-12 on the season.
