* The Rockets' win over Buffalo was their fourth in a row and gives UT its second semifinal appearance in the last three seasons.
* Toledo is now 8-0 vs. Buffalo and is the only MAC school the Bulls have not defeated.
* The Rockets tallied their most points ever (97) in a MAC Tournament game and equaled a MAC Tournament record for most free throws attempted (45).

* Senior guard Keith Triplett equaled his season high with 29 points for the third time this season. He moved into a tie for 11th place on the Rockets' all-time scoring list with Jim Swaney (1976-80) with 1,329 points.
* Sophomore guard Sammy Villegas continued his hot streak from three-point range with a 4-for-6 showing and is shooting 76.9 percent (10-of-13) from three-point range in the MAC Tournament.
* Senior center A.J. Shellabarger scored 12 points to register his first double-digit scoring outing in the MAC Tournament. Shellabarger also equaled his career high with three steals.
* Freshman forward Florentino Valencia's 10-point outing was his sixth in his last 11 games.
* Freshman guard Justin Ingram equaled his season high with a team-high six rebounds.
