Team Notes:

* Toledo won its fifth straight game over Bowling Green at Savage Hall and posted its seventh victory in its last eight meetings with the Falcons.

* Head Coach Stan Joplin is now 9-7 vs. the Falcons and holds a 9-4 advantage over BGSU Head Coach Dan Dakich in 13 head-to-head meetings.

* The Rockets' 13-3 record is their best overall start since going 13-3 in 1998-99.

* UT's 7-1 start in MAC play is the program's best since going 8-1 in the 1988-89 campaign.

* Toledo equaled its conference win total from last year with its victory tonight.

* The Rockets registered a season-high 27 free throws made tonight.

* Toledo outrebounded the Falcons by a 39-32 margin and are 7-0 when holding the advantage on the boards.

* UT improved its scoring to a MAC-best 79.1 points per game and are 8-0 when scoring 80 or more points.

Player Notes:

* Senior guard Keith Triplett made a career-high 13 free throws en route to his 28-point showing for his second-best scoring output of the season. Triplett leads the MAC with 10 20-point outings and is now averaging 20.3 points per game.

* Freshman guard Justin Ingram equalled his season high with four three-point field goals and three free throws made.

* Senior forward Ricardo Thomas came off the bench and nearly registered his first career double-double with nine points and a career-high 11 rebounds in a season-high 21 minutes. He also equalled his career best with three blocked shots.
